You can permanently delete your WageOwl account and associated data directly inside the app at any time.

How to delete your account
- Open the WageOwl app
- Go to Settings
- Tap “Delete Account”
- Confirm permanent deletion
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- jobs
- shifts
- earnings history
- reports
- settings
- subscription linkage
This action cannot be undone.
Can’t access your account?
If you cannot access the app or your account, email us from the email address associated with your WageOwl account.
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
What data may be retained
Some limited records may be retained temporarily where required for:
- legal obligations
- fraud prevention
- accounting compliance
- subscription verification
We never sell your personal data.
